With over 25 years of management leadership in the hospitality industry, with proven local and international experience in financial controls, costs, operations, sales, marketing and public relations.
At an early age in his hotel career he obtained his certification in hotel management from the Scuola Internazionale de Scienze Turisteche in Italy. Later, he completed his certification in hotel management, known by its acronym in English (CHA) Certified Hotel Administrator and a master’s degree in Service Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology and the Madre y Maestra Catholic University, in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
His management experience includes large national and international hotel chains such as Real Hotels and Resorts, InterContinental Hotel Group, Choice International Hotels, Sheraton, AM Resorts, Sol Melia and Hodelpa Hotels, among others.
This combined trajectory of excellence in hotel services, operations and sales represents a significant contribution for any organization that seeks to optimize service and quality in its hotels.
